Services Offered
1. Pre-Construction Treatment
a) Mound Demolition
- Thorough inspection of the construction site and demolition of all mounds that are visible and accessible. Advises client of visible mounds in adjacent lots so that proper and remedial measures can be done.
b) Termiticide Treatment on Soil before Pouring of Footings
- Spraying of Termiticide of correct concentration and volume as directed on soil using high pressure sprayers.
c) Termiticide Treatment on Soil before Pouring of Floorings
- Termiticide is injected into the compacted soil flooring at a very close spacing after which the top is sprayed at run-off volume as an added protection for added security.
d) Cordoning Method
- Once the structure is built, termiticide is injected around and as close as possible to the structure as an added protection against termite attack from the outside.
e) Backfill and Garden Soil Treatment
- This process of treating the backfill and garden soil with termiticide (from experience) is very important because most termite attack and infestation from outside originates here, the top portion and this portion usually neglected being the last portion of construction.
2. Post Construction Treatment or Treatment of Existing Structure
a) Mound Demolition
- Thorough inspection of the lot and demolition of all mounds that are visible and accessible. Advises client of visible mounds in adjacent or separate lots so that proper and remedial measures can be done.
b) Termiticide Application on Soil
- This process involves the introduction of natural termiticide into the soil as close as possible to the structure by drilling at a very close spacing and injecting it with termiticide using high pressure sprayers.
c) Spot Treatment
- When the presence of termite workers is visible specially in the wooden structure, a liquid natural termiticide at a very low concentration is applied using a precise concentration for the termite workers to still bring back to the colony the poison on their bodies.
d) Spot Treatment on Critical Portions
- When the presence of termite workers are found in critical and sensitive areas like electrical panels, conduits, outlets, etc., a special type of natural termiticide of very low concentration, in powder form is introduced using a powder blower for the termite workers to bring back to the colony the poison on their bodies.
e) Application of Termite Baits
- Termite Baits are intended to reduce a population of termites by directing a small amount of slow-acting toxicant to a foraging colony. In theory, an entire colony can be eliminated without contaminating soil, air or water. By using some innovations, Alcochem is able to bring down the cost of very expensive termite baiting technology.
3. Household Pest Management Program
a) Baiting Against Cockroach
- An easy way to control persistent cockroach especially the german type without the need for spraying with insecticides. This innovation gives you protection against cockroach 24 hours a day, 7 days a week or 30 days a month. You don't have to stop your business operation or make site preparation like moving or clearing the area of covering food items, food utensils and later on the set-up preparation like washing of utensils. Not only you save more but you and your people are protected against the dangerous and harmful effect of insecticides.
b)
Baiting Against Ants
- an easy way to control persistent ants without using insecticide, the potent chemical and synthetic compound that is more harmful to you and the environment that the ants is with the use of baits with non-toxic attractant. Ants carry the bait to their colony for their elimination.
c) Baiting Against Rats and Mice
- The bait station contains the World's most effective rodenticide and also amongst the most powerful because rats/mice die a few days after consuming a single feed. The bait used contains the human taste deterrent to help prevent accidental poisoning and consumption of the bait. With the use of tamper-proof bait station, access to the bait by domesticated animals particularly
dogs and cats are prevented. Again, you save so much because the bait stations keeps on killing rats/mice 24 hours a day, 7 days a week or 30 days a month.
d) Electronic Pest Control
-
Another very good method of pest control approach is with the use of ultrasonic and electro-vibrawave technology which repels roaches, rodents, ants and other crawling insects. The good thing about this technology is that it is not using any toxic chemicals, therefore safe to human and pets, non-carcinogenic, no respiratory hazards; keeps on working 24 hours a day or 365 days a year; pests cannot build up tolerance and make pests disappear.
